Cryptocurrencies have been around for a while, yet, some users are too afraid to invest in them, or exchange them. How can we make our platform more user-friendly, so more people can access the benefits of going crypto?
This was the challenge that our partners were facing: they wanted to reach out to more users. They needed to improve the platform to make it more accessible for everyone, regardless of their tech background.
We were not surprised by the request of our client. When the market competition is as sizzling hot, as it is in crypto services, the company needs to make an effort to stand out to potential customers. We were confident in our solution, and we spent htailoring the right strategic approach for our client.
It is important to spend enough time upfront and to keep open mind to foster the innovation. After discussing our vision with the client, we set out to develop a custom cryptocurrency wallet app, that would help users store and transfer their crypto. We also discussed how user-centered design is an absolute priority, since we wanted to attract not only progressive and tech-savvy users, but also potentially a more crypto-agnostic user base, making cryptocurrencies more understandable.
We set out to make all features highly intuitive by design, as well as functional. Data security was imperative, as we wanted our users to be sure that their transactions are secure and transparent. We insisted on utilizing 2-factor authentication, as well as regularly updating security features. Furthermore, we suggested adding special cryptocurrency trading and exchange features that would further facilitate cryptocurrency management, making fees a thing of the past.
The results? The proof of the bitcoin is in the mining! Our clients have significantly increased their base of users, by 23%. Furthermore, the engagement rate was higher than previously, as users spent 27 minutes more on the platform on average.
